Application Guide
- Sweep the dry TuffGrout into joints using a brush or squeegee
- Ensure joints are completely filled
- Remove all excess material from the paving surface
- Apply water using a hose with a fine mist spray until water lightly pools
- Clean the surface using a washboy system (roller + sponge float recommended)
Note: Joints may require topping up after watering as the mortar settles into voids.
Important Do’s & Don’ts
DO:
- Use a fine mist spray to avoid dislodging the mortar
- Use proper cleaning equipment (washboy with rollers & sponge float)
- Check weather conditions before installation
- Cover the area if rain is expected within 6 hours
DON’T:
- Install during rainfall
Additional Notes
- Can be used on damp paving, though dry surfaces allow easier flow and reuse of excess product
- On damp surfaces, material may clump and require topping up after activation
- Always reapply mortar where settling occurs after watering
