The Everbuild® 503 Premium SBR Bond is a high-quality latex-based bonding agent, primer, and admixture formulated to enhance the performance of cementitious mixes. Designed for use in humid, damp, or water-exposed environments, it significantly improves water resistance, adhesion, and flexibility in renderings, screeds, and other cement-based applications.
When mixed with cement, Everbuild 503 forms a reinforcing polymer network that increases long-term durability, reduces shrinkage, and improves resistance to water and water vapour. It also contains an anti-foam additive to control mix density and ensure a smoother, more consistent finish.
Suitable for both interior and exterior use, Everbuild 503 provides exceptional bonding to a wide variety of substrates, including dense concrete, steel, tiles, and masonry.
